- Bless God when you finish eating.
- Don't forget God.
- Circumcise the foreskin of your heart.
- Stop being stiffnecked.
- Cleave to God.

The only thing that seems like it could be called the "foreskin" of the heart is the pericardium. Removing this would be difficult, even by modern surgical standards. Of course, god could do it.
